How to buy property under construction

Payment plan is provided by a construction company. Conditions of each developer are different and may change. A client`s passport is required to sign a contract. You do not need to be personally present during the transaction, everything can be arranged by a trusted person using a power of attorney. The buyer becomes the property`s owner after the first payment and the full owner after the construction completion and title transfer.

Example of a payment plan:

  • Deposit – 2-5 000 Great British Pounds.
  • Upon signing an agreement – 30% of the amount.
  • Upon frame construction completion – 25%.
  • Upon all rough construction works completion – 20%.
  • After the completion of installment of tiles, windows, furniture – 20%.
  • Upon keys handover – 5%.
